ᵔ▿ᵔBuilding in fintech isn't like building anywhere else. The stakes are real: money moves, regulations are constant, and downtime is always an on fire sitatuation. You're writing code where a bug can mean a failed payroll run, a frozen account, or a compliance nightmare at 11pm on a Friday.
Come decompress with other engineers who get it. Whether you're at a startup working towards getting licensed or a scaleup with a system processing billions, the problems are hard, the constraints are rigorous, and the stories are great.
Drinks, good company, and zero pitch decks. You deserve a break.
