THE 2026 NYC PRIDE MARCH
amBi NYC will be participating in the NYC Pride March for the third time this year! Each year we’ve had more participants, and have been able to get the word out about our wonderful, fabu local bi-social community!
This year we have updated handouts with QR codes so the crowd can get more information about us, as well as heart-shaped amBi stickers to wear and hand out!
UPDATED INFORMATION: We will meet at Skirt Steak on W. 29th Street - same meetup location as last year - at 10:30 AM to get our wristbands, then we can enter the Formation Area across the street at 11.
Once again, we’re toward the beginning of the March, and have ample time to grab a bite to eat after we’re done.
The inaugural March took place in 1970, one year after the Stonewall Uprising, and has since evolved into an annual civil rights demonstration. Its purpose has expanded over time to encompass raising awareness about the fight against AIDS and honoring those we have lost to illness, violence, and neglect.
