Fed up about the state of the U.S and want to do something about it? Join your neighbors for an interactive, hybrid training led by Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal. This training will focus on justice for immigrant rights. Congresswoman Jayapal will " dive into the history of our immigration system, how the administration is using immigration to advance their authoritarian agenda, and ... concrete actions people can take to support immigrant communities and protect our democracy." The training will be delivered live over Zoom by Congresswoman Jayapal, and we will do the group exercises and discussion questions in-person, before coming back together to share our thoughts with the rest of the folks online. Watch parties are being hosted across the country for this interactive training. Learn and connect with folks from across the country and build a deeper connection with your Baltimore neighbors! You'll learn about direct ways to support immigrants in Baltimore City. There will be an opportunity to pose questions to Congresswoman Jayapal and her team.
