Santa Barbara is becoming one of the leading centers for the exploration of human potential. Our mission is to knit together the community of builders, researchers, funders, and advocates in Santa Barbara who are collectively passionate about making this happen.
On Thursday, May 28th, we'll enjoy an evening of food and discussion in a beautiful Santa Barbara setting. Highlights include a fireside chat and dinner with Dr. Nick Dogris and Dr. Tiff Thompson — the husband-and-wife team behind the NeuroField Companies, pioneers in transcranial brain stimulation (using gentle electrical currents to influence brain activity) and neurotechnology, whose technical ecosystem boasts a foundation of FDA-cleared software and hardware.
Together they've built one of the most cohesive ecosystems in applied brain science: NeuroField, whose brain-mapping and stimulation technology is used by clinicians and researchers worldwide; their Santa Barbara clinic treating patients; and the School of Neurotherapy, which trains and certifies practitioners in the field. The conversation will cover their recently FDA-cleared Genesis device for treating chronic insomnia, their newly released AI tools for researchers, and where personalized, data-driven brain therapy is heading next.
