Black Tide Alumni — it’s time to come home and make your way back to Isla Vista!

We’re excited to officially announce Black Tide Alumni Weekend 2026, a special gathering to help reinvigorate Black Tide Culture (*winning*) and highlight the programs rich history and lasting legacy to the current players. We will also be celebrating 30 years since the legendary Mid-90s 3-peat, and the generations of players who built one of the strongest cultures in college ultimate.
This year’s alumni weekend will be bigger, more intentional, and more connected than ever before.
The goal is simple:
• Pass the torch to the next generation of Black Tide with support from our four decades of Tide alumns, giving current players a chance to learn from the people who built the program.
• Bring together alumni old and new and connecting or reconnecting with teammates across eras.
• Celebrate the Black Tide legacy and foster stronger connections between our alumni network and the current program.
• Celebrating 30 years since the iconic Mid-90s championship run
• Forging stronger alumni connections to the current program.

• 4:30 PM 🎤 Campus Presentation

- Dan Schneider will start speaking at 4:45PM sharp and will be featuring speakers from championship-era
teams. Wear your Sunset Jerseys.

• 10:00 AM – Alumni-led Tide practice & scrimmage at IV Elementary
• 2:00 PM – BBQ & goodbyes
