SLIDING SCALE $20-$45 (pay what feels aligned, no one turned away ❤️ work-exchage options available)
Location is in Fellowship Hall (basement)
Change is something we all experience. Sometimes it shows up as a big decision — leaving a job, ending or beginning a relationship, or shifting a long-held habit. Other times it’s more subtle, like noticing the change of seasons: winter giving way to spring, spring unfolding into summer.
Life is always moving, always transitioning.
And yet, change can feel tender. We often find comfort in what’s familiar, even when part of us knows we’re ready to grow in a new direction.
Tonight, we’ll explore the seasons of change within ourselves. Together we’ll create a space to notice, honor, and welcome the transitions that are alive in our lives.
Through simple, playful, and curious Authentic Relating games, you’ll be invited to explore:
A change you might be contemplating
A transition you’re currently moving through
Or a shift you’d like to celebrate
There’s nothing you need to force or figure out. Just come as you are.
Together we’ll create a container that is safe, supportive, and real — where change can be witnessed, honored, and held in community.
💫Core Practices of Authentic Relating:
1) Welcome Everything
2) Honor Self and Other
3) Own Your Experience
4) Commitment to Connection
