Dear LA friends, I welcome you to experience this strange experimental performance piece exploring our relationship with technology. The non-linear narrative follows Beings all the way from galactic goo to human to mostly robotic human. This space takes a stand against the numbness epidemic on planet Earth. This is a feelings opera. As an audience member you are invited into collective choreography and collaborative arias. Please wear all black and something you can move freely in, and know that shoes will be left to the side near the entrance. There are some chairs, but mostly cushions and rugs on the ground for comfortable sitting. At times, you will also stand. There are a number of parts that we 7 performers cannot do without you. The performance is 2:22 hours with an intermission around the half way point. We would love to spend time with you after so the space will be open for at least an hour following the show. This is an alcohol free event. Following the show we will offer some medicinal elixirs such as a Blue Lotus tea. We look forward to going on this transformative journey with you.
