Join us for a grounding morning in the redwoods—fresh air, movement, and community 🌲
We’ll meet at Skyline Gate and head out on a scenic, flexible hike through Redwood Regional Park. To make this work for different mommas, we’ve designed three route options—all with a shared snack + regroup stop so we still come together as a group.
Choose the route that feels best for you:
1. Full Loop 🌿
~3–4 miles, ~1.5–2 hours at a relaxed, social pace. East Ridge → Prince → Stream Trail loop. Dogs are allowed off leash on East Ridge but on leash back up Stream.
2. Shorter Loop Option 🌤️
Instead of Prince, take the Eucalyptus Trail cutoff to shorten both distance and time with the same stop at Girls Gamp. Great for pregnant moms, postpartum recovery, or anyone wanting a lighter effort 👶
3. Out-and-Back to Girls Camp 🌲
A simpler option with a turnaround at Girls Camp. Fully on-leash dog friendly 🐶 and an easy way to meet the group at the snack stop.
We’ll stop along the way at Girls Camp and again in the redwoods for a water + snack break 🥨💧 to regroup.
These is a baby-wearing-friendly walk (carriers recommended over strollers).
Come solo or with a friend—new moms, seasoned moms, and moms-to-be are all welcome. This is about getting outside, moving your body, and finding your village ✨
