Hi everyone! 🫧 Join me this Thursday, August 20th from 6:45–7:45 AM for an early morning Form Flow yoga class 🌞 This will be a beginner-friendly flow, open to everyone. The intention is simple: to move, breathe, connect with your body, and start the day on the right foot.
