The Last Good Weeks is a book of the harvest that chronicles the agricultural history of the city and documents the people who keep us fed today: local forgotten fruit, chef-farmer-led fields, restaurants (of course), back alley gardens, cider and winemakers, and canning season in Little Italy. The Last Good Weeks also features a month-by-month manual to eating seasonally in Quebec, giving readers a reason to keep a copy handy in their kitchens.
