Most of us are carrying a lifetime of unexpressed emotions—anger, grief, shame—that we were never taught to feel safely. In a world that only makes space for the “good” emotions, this practice gives your body permission to let it all out.
Expect yelling, crying, shaking, and movement. It’s gonna get messy. But you’ll leave feeling so much lighter—with more space for your truth, your loved ones, and your peace.
What to Bring:
• 2+ large pillows (for hitting + screaming)
• Comfortable clothes you can move in
• Journal + pen
• Water / tea vessel
• Cozy socks + small comfort blanket
• A photo of a challenging family member or relationship
• A plant-based snack to share
• Eye mask (nice to have but not necessary)
Come exactly as you are. Leave with more space to breathe
