JeffCo Eats Food Drive

:DWith the Trump Administration cutting $1 billion from hunger programs, food banks across the country and here in Colorado are losing millions in funding.
JeffCo Eats, an amazing organization that serves 600+ families and children per week right here at home, has had to reduce their average weekly food provided per family by a staggering 40% (10 lbs -> 6 lbs).
Donations are needed to fill these bags of food and provide for hungry children in Jefferson County.
It's time for us to step up and feed our neighbors!
On Saturday 7/5 from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM, the JeffCo Young Dems are hosting an in-person food drive supporting JeffCo Eats at the Arvada Community Room.
You bring ready-to-eat meals and snacks to donate, and we'll feed you pizza in return. There will also be opportunities to donate to JeffCo Eats and sign up to volunteer!
