Come join us for another 'Nice to Meet You' hosted at Handlebar! If you've been looking for an easy way to meet new people, make a few new friends, and spend an evening with genuinely welcoming people, we'd love to have you. Whether it's your first event or you've been coming for years, everyone is welcome. 🗓️ When: Friday, August 7th ⏰ Time: 6 - 8pm 📍 Where: Handlebar - 4127 Manchester Ave, St. Louis, MO 63110 Here's what you can expect: 🍕 Free pizza 🥂 Arrive by 6:30pm for a free welcome shot! We do a headcount at 6:30 so the bar knows how many shots to prepare (they choose the flavor). Around 6:45 we'll gather for our group toast to new friends and a fun night ahead. Non-alcoholic options are available too. 👥 Small groups of 4 - 6 people 🔄 Rotating groups every 30 minutes so you'll meet a variety of people throughout the evening 💬 Conversation prompts are available if you need them, but there's never any pressure A few things to know: 🔞 21+ only 🌈 Inclusive and welcoming to all identities 🤝 This is a friend-making event, not a dating event Most people come on their own, so don't worry if you're flying solo! We'll get you settled into a group right away. We keep attendance around 30 people so conversations stay comfortable and everyone gets a chance to meet each other. Arriving a little early is always a good idea. This Friday event will be hosted by our amazingly wonderful co-host, Ali! Mike and I will be out of town, but the tradition continues, and we know you'll be in great hands. If you've met Ali before, you know how awesome they are and they'll make everyone feel welcome. 💜 📅 Can't make this one? We'll be back on Wednesday, August 19th.
