Reserve your slot for free community acupuncture + Reiki in a cozy, low-key group setting. Come to receive, help, or chat about health. Reservations: We will have 3 rounds starting at 11a, 12:45p, and 2:30p. If you’re here between rounds, you’re welcome to perform quiet activities nearby. Reserve by RSVPing on partiful Full description: Shannon (Reiki practitioner and acupuncture student) and Michael (licensed acupuncturist) are hosting a free monthly community clinic for folks welcomed in the Merlin’s Place / Fractal community. How it works (reserve): • Arrive at your scheduled time 11a, 12:45p, or 2:30p • We’ll get you settled on a mattress/cushion (lying down or seated) • As a group we’ll chat about what brings us here and perform supportive and gentle acupuncture and reiki What to expect in a round (11a, 12:45p, or 2:30p): • 15-30 mins of check in and chatting about what health means to us and how to be healthy • 30-45 mins of acupuncture + reiki • 15-30 mins of reflection Gentle reminders: • You may share as much or as little as is comfortable to you. • You may opt out of acupuncture or reiki • You may let us know at any time to adjust needles, temperature, or cushions. What to bring: • Water • Sweater in case you get cold • Optional snack for the group Notes: • This is a by-reservation event. Arrive at your scheduled time at 11a, 12:45p, or 2:30p • This is a community offering; donations optional (see below) • We’ll prioritize a safe, consent-forward container. Touch is always optional. • Merlin’s place has cat companions who sometimes come downstairs to see us. • Please enter through the basement door via elevator in the lobby.
