In celebration of AAPI Heritage Month, join Yuzu x Schema for an exclusive preview screening of HAAPI Meal docuseries, a storytelling project that highlights the deep connections between food, culture, and community. Featuring 3 incredible LA-based AAPI chefs (Nico De Leon of Lasita, Keegan Fong of Woon, and Jiyoon Jang of Modu), the series explores how their culinary journeys have become a means of cultural preservation, identity, and shared experience.
