C A P A C I T Y: A Nervous System Workshop
CAPACITY is a focused, experiential workshop in nervous system attunement and applied capacity work.
This is a community training space where you will learn how to:
- track your nervous system in real time
- name what state you are in
- respond with presence instead of habit.
We will work directly with activation, collapse, regulation and the edge of your capacity so you can attune to various nervous system states
You will practice tools that:
- deepen regulation
- expand capacity
- widen adaptability
We will also explore co-regulation and field dynamics where we will learn:
- how other nervous systems impact yours
- how group activation happens
- how to stay grounded and choiceful inside of it
You will leave with skills you can use immediately in relationships, work, leadership, and daily life.
We honor that each person arrives with a unique nervous system and a unique level of capacity. You are welcome here, as you are.
In a world that continually activates and stretches us, learning to work with our nervous systems is essential. We hope this offering will deeply serve the community (and the world at large) in all the ways it can.
