Please join me for our monthly circle of sacred soul nourishment, community connection, guided meditation, and journaling to celebrate the Summer Solstice! 'Tis the sea-sun! On June 21st, the Summer Solstice marks the highest point of the sun and the longest day of the year. It is a sacred cosmic threshold. The word solstice means "sun standing," and globally, cultures celebrate this day as a peak of light, warmth, and life-force energy. Although the solstice is on the 21st, the potent energy of this event will be felt for weeks after. 🌞 Spiritually, the solstice represents a sacred turning point of vitality, abundance, and illumination. It’s a powerful time for manifestation, personal growth, and honoring your own inner light. This abundance of light invites you to shed lingering doubts and allow clarity to unfold. The solstice also represents a momentary pause to celebrate your achievements and growth before the days slowly begin to shorten again. This is a great time to look back at the intentions that you’ve set during the Winter Solstice or Spring Equinox to see how far you’ve come! 🌟 On June 21st, we also transition from Gemini to Cancer season. This marks a shift from the social, intellectual, fast-paced energy to a more inward, emotionally receptive space. Driven by the Summer Solstice, the focus changes from Gemini’s breezy curiosity and mental stimulation to nurturing your core feelings, roots, and personal connections. The start of Cancer season aligns with the Summer Solstice, offering a powerful moment to reflect on your goals for the remainder of the year and concentrate on the things that you truly value. The focus moves from exploring the external world to nurturing your internal world. 🌊 This solstice is a beautiful time to get together to celebrate one another, as well as the cycles and seasons that we’ve been through. Again, the energy of the Summer Solstice is a potent mix of vibrant outward celebration and deep emotional transition. Because it marks the exact moment the Sun leaves active Gemini and enters sensitive Cancer, the day carries a unique dual frequency of high-power solar fire and receptive lunar water. We want changes and transformations now, but during these gatherings we are not forcing the processes of reflection, activation, integration, and transmutation. We are tapping into the earth's frequencies and allowing our bodies, minds, and souls to flow and connect with the cycles and seasons of the earth…and we cannot rush the earth’s process.
