Easton Blue Zones is developing an Activation Plan, and wants to hear from Eastonians about what they value in public space. To demonstrate all the things that you can do in parks, we are hosting a sound bath at Nevin Park, performed by The Valley Om. A sound bath is an immersive, meditative performance with overlapping tones, and the resonance promotes various health benefits. Attendees can sit, stand, or lay in meditation to enjoy the sound, so bring a blanket. Meet at the upper portion of Nevin Park by the fountain, and the Sound Bath will start promptly at 6:30. After the one-hour session, join us for cold-pressed juice and refreshments provided by Green Vida and a discussion about the value of using parks and engaging nature in the City of Easton.
