One hour of yoga at Forever Grounded, then at 10 and the Rise Local Market begins! The first 20 people who RSVP gets a gift bag from the businesses at the market, pick up at check-in🧘‍♀️ The class is donation based. Nobody is turned away and nothing is checked at the door. I was born and raised in Fort Myers and I built Rise Local so people can find the small businesses here instead of the chains. This is the first market, and the class is how it opens. Bring a mat if you have one. I will have a few spares and you can tell me on the RSVP if you need to borrow one. All levels, no experience needed, come as you are. Check in at 8:45. Please be on the floor by 8:55 so we can start on time, because the vendors are setting up around us and the room goes quiet at 8:55.
