John has shot World Cups, Olympics, and White House visits. His photos have run in Time, the New York Times, and Sports Illustrated — and his work is in the permanent collection at the Smithsonian Institution. 

He's been photographing American soccer since MLS's very first season in 1996, and today his archive holds over 500,000 images documenting three decades of the game.
