THE FLOW…
We’ll drop in at the start of the evening to arrive & land, together. After setting the container to establish edges & agreements, we will move into yoni steaming (a beautiful practice to support the fascia of the pelvis, ph, scar tissue, & much more). This will be more than your traditional yoni steam - you'll be taken through a unique, meditative visualization to get to know your anatomy & access the voice of your womb. This will be followed by a guided somatic breathwork journey (to release any tension & emotions held in the body) & we’ll flow into a safe, sensual pleasure circle. Touch is one of the most underutilized healing tools we have - because *pleasure* is healing. Science shows it helps rewire our brain & nervous system more than any psychedelic. You’ll be led through different touch practices to feed & nourish your body. Expect to feel nurtured, held, & lit up in your flesh. From heat to honey. There will be connection time to integrate & share your experience with the women in the group.
WHAT TO BRING:
– Towel & blanket
– Yoga mat
– A ceramic, medium sized bowl for your steam setup (a few will be available)
– Water
– Journal + pen
– Blindfold
– Anything that helps you feel sensual, sexy + safe (robe, socks, oil, erotic toys, etc.)
– I recommend wearing a long flowy dress or skirt to make yoni steaming easier.
If you will be on your moon during this event, there will be available modifications.
A NOTE ON CONSENT + BOUNDARIES
HEAT&HONEY is an erotic, embodied ceremonial space. It is not a sexual play party.
There is no seggual touch between participants. All practices are guided, consent-based, and choice-led.
Participation is always your choice, for any of the segments.

Serena Gold is a Somatic Sexologist & Pelvic Care Specialist devoted to midwifing transformation for women, men, & couples ready to meet themselves more deeply.
Her work includes the four domains of pelvic health as whole body health (biochemistry, biomechanics, emotions, & scar tissue) through a nervous system based, body-led approach… bringing the sacred back into the flesh.
A SomatIQ Breathwork Practitioner, STREAM Bodyworker, Erotic Blueprint Lead Coach, and facilitator of kink, tantra, & fantasy, Serena works where science meets soul & healing meets raw aliveness.
