About Nick:
Nick began his photography career in commercial fitness, working with athletes, local gyms, studios and health-focused brands—a natural extension of his passion for photography and his active life as a triathlete and ultrarunner.
Over time, Nick expanded into editorial work, which offered greater creative freedom. Exploring unusual angles, experimental lighting, and elements of fashion, he found new ways to merge movement with artistry, creating imagery that feels both dynamic and striking.
Today, Nick’s work blends moody lighting, bold contrast, and saturated color. While his subjects remain talented athletes—dancers, runners, weightlifters, surfers—he often photographs them outside of their expected environments, pushing the boundaries of traditional fitness imagery.
