After launching the first 11-11 cohort this spring, Madeline & Co. and Excelsior Edge Ventures are bringing the sprint back for NY Tech Week in a new format. https://11-11.madeline.one/
For Tech Week, we’re running one intensive, full-day sprint with 11 founders in the room together.
After the sprint day, each founder will receive a dedicated 1:1 full day follow-up session with Madeline & Co. to continue the build and get you to the finish line. Scheduling TBD in June.
This is a live venture-building environment where selected founders work in parallel with Madeline & Co. to turn raw domain insight into sharper company strategy, business design, brand direction, and product framing in compressed time.
The first cohort brought together founders across FinTech, FemTech, Life Sciences, CPG, and Music.
This time, we open the room.
One day. 11 founders. Shared energy. Real work.
You won’t be sitting on the sidelines. You’ll be building, refining, making decisions, and pressure-testing your thinking in real time, alongside other serious founders.
Madeline & Co. will move across the room, driving strategy, challenging assumptions, shaping positioning, and pushing each company toward clearer form and direction.
Some moments will be collective. Some will be direct. All of it will be fast.
This is not a passive workshop. It is not a panel. It is not a pitch event. Not a hackathon.
And no, it’s not startup theater.
It’s a high-intensity working session for founders who are ready to think clearly, move quickly, and actually build something with shape.

Excelsior Edge Ventures
Excelsior Edge Ventures is a founder and investor community based in New York City. Over the past two years, we’ve hosted 48 events across strategy, innovation, fundraising, culture, and community building, bringing together founders, operators, investors, and creatives across the city.
Excelsior Edge is the community behind 11-11 Sprints, a live venture-building campaign designed for people at the very beginning, even pre-idea, but with real domain insight, strong instincts, and a clear sense that something in their world is broken.
Cohorts consist of 11 aspiring and early founders with real domain insight, strong instincts, and something worth building, whether that means a raw idea, a loose concept, or simply a problem they understand deeply enough to attack.
