I do picnics and chess with my friends on Fridays and realized there may be a community wanting a casual outdoor 3rd space in WeHo to kick off their weekends.
Bring a blanket, bring your own board(if you have one), chess clock(if you have one), and feel free to bring food/snacks/drinks to munch on as long as we’re not getting it all over anyone’s boards.
No pressure, all skill levels welcome. Come play(or learn if you haven’t), hang out, touch grass.
If a lot of people show up, I’ll have some light rotation so everyone gets games in and can still socialize. Otherwise, just show up to play, chill and maybe learn a few new moves. I’ll share the exact location in the park a day prior🥳
