HELLLLLOOOO NEW YORK! Journal Club is coming across the country to be with the beautiful people of NYC! Join us in Prospect Park (Lincoln road lawn-near the Lincoln road playground) for a morning of guided journaling, meditation, somatics and community building. see @ourjournalclub on insta for details Journal Club is a way to help you get to know yourself through supported journaling and somatic practices that you can use in your life to balance the nervous system and enhance your ability to self soothe. You will need to bring something to sit on, a pen and a journal. I would also suggest sunscreen and water. Please feel free to bring any personal items or snacks that may help you feel maximum comfort. this event is for the girls (allies only) and the gays (all queer ppl)
