If you would like to go and the rsvp is full please keep an eye on it! There’s always last minute cancellations that will open up spots! Hi everyone! So excited to meet you all tomorrow. Since most of us don’t know each other yet, here are a few things to help the gathering feel comfortable and welcoming for everyone: • Making new connections This is a relaxed space to meet new people. If you want to exchange contact info, you’re welcome to offer yours first so no one feels pressured. • Respecting comfort and boundaries Please check in before offering hugs, handshakes, or any kind of touch. A quick “Is it okay if…?” helps keep the space safe and supportive for everyone. • Keeping conversations open Try to keep circles open and make room for people nearby—small gestures go a long way in helping others feel included. • Move around at your own pace You never have to stay with one group. Wander, switch conversations, or take breaks whenever you need. • A low-pressure environment Feel free to come and go whenever you want. There’s absolutely no expectation to stay the whole time—some of us get socially tired or anxious, and that’s completely okay. • Gentle conversation vibes Let’s keep things kind, curious, and welcoming. • Mindfulness with alcohol/substances (if any are around) - Please be mindful of alcohol discussion in case anybody finds it triggering. We can check in about this beforehand :) • Shared space care A little collective tidying as we go helps keep the environment pleasant for everyone. We may go bar hopping afterwards. If you’re comfortable with that please feel free to join us!! *This event does not have accessible parking. I drove to the location and it looks very difficult to find any sort of parking so just a heads up. Rideshare or Waymo or MUNI are probably the best options. One day, San Francisco may learn about accessibility 😭 This is mainly a hangout I just themed it since my bday is so close haha. Hello friends, I’m new to the city! No gifts necessary! Humans to hang out with is the best gift! Palestinian owned with food originating from the West Bank! Come have good middle eastern food together!
