Rishan is a humanitarian, technologist, serial entrepreneur, and the founder of HiringCoachAI, an AI-powered platform helping mission-driven job seekers navigate their search more easily, quickly, and authentically. He previously worked at Google, founded the data analytics firm JumpYield, holds degrees from Stanford, MIT, and Harvard, and has presented to the global UN staff on practical ways to use AI for career development.
