A Note from the Curator (Andrew Nguyen):
Hi everyone! Hope you are doing well. I am very excited to share and announce that I am once again partnering with Abbey Arts on their Community Curators Series! And I will be bringing in a night consisting of a variety of genres with a Southeast Asian Desi American lineup of local artists at the Fremont Abbey Arts Center on Friday, February 6th. Kicking off the night with Vietnamese-Chinese American singer-rapper, Thomas Veli, bringing a great mood & energy with his stage presence along with Indian American singer, Tara Star, with experimental blends of genres and artistic creativity inside and outside the music. Leading to our headliner, MANISHA, a Filipino-Indian singer-songwriter with a special performance to conclude & dance the night away!
