We’re back at Handlebar for another 'Nice to Meet You' night this Friday, May 1st! If you’ve been wanting to meet new people without the usual awkwardness, this is exactly what this event is built for. My partner and I host these twice a month! It’s a laid-back, lightly structured way to have real conversations and actually get to know people (not just quick intros and small talk). 🗓 When: Friday, May 1st ⏰ Time: 6 - 8pm 📍 Where: Handlebar - 4127 Manchester Ave, St. Louis, MO 63110 What you can expect: 🍕 Free pizza to keep things easy and social 🥂 A welcome shot if you’re there before 6:30pm (bar’s choice, NA option available) 🃏 A few simple prompts to help get conversations started How it works: You’ll be seated with a small group (4–6 people), and we’ll rotate groups every 30 minutes so you get a chance to meet a good mix of folks throughout the night. A couple quick notes: 🔞 21+ only 🌈 Inclusive space - everyone’s welcome 🤝 Focused on making friends, not dating We keep it capped at around 35 people so it doesn’t feel overwhelming, so getting there a little early helps. Though once things wrap-up at 8, you’re always welcome to stick around! It's pretty common for a good portion of the group to hang out and keep the conversations going out on the back patio! 📅 Can’t make this one? The next meetup is Wednesday, May 20th! We always host these on the first Friday and third Wednesday of the month! That’s it! Nothing fancy, just a good group of people showing up and talking to each other. Hope to see you there 😄
