Having shared stages with industry icons like DJ Harvey, Dixon, VTSS, Barry Can't Swim, DJ Tennis, Marcel Dettmann, and Franc Moody to name a few, Arianna pairs her extensive experience behind the decks with unique insights as a talent buyer. This session will explore how to approach your set with confidence, manage energy effectively, and create a seamless journey that captivates the audience and complements the headliner.
Perfect for DJs looking to refine their craft and secure more gigs with intentional, standout opening sets. INTERMEDIATE OR ADVANCED LEVEL. You do not need to bring anything - all equipment necessary for the workshop will be provided.
ARIANA DANAE:
Combining authentic Armenian heritage and New York City attitude, Arianna Danae brings these influences to bear to create her singular style of ethnically blended sounds and true house music grit. Emerging in Brooklyn circa 2018, she found her first true home at Jupiter Disco in 2019 with her monthly Rebelle events, booking many now-established names in the NYC circuit. Starting 2021 as a resident then booker at Flash through mid-2023, she played with top international and national names at DC’s premier nightlife destination, moving on to booking events in San Francisco and at Brooklyn’s renown Elsewhere space.
