Come enjoy a slow Saturday night of Intuitive painting and drawing. Our events will always start with somatic movements to allow our body to let go of some tension before we get creative! Art of Flow events remind you that making art doesn’t need to feel daunting, it can be fun and carefree. We all deserve to have a creative outlet which helps release feelings of fear, frustration and self doubt.
