THE SELF-LED REVOLUTION A Seven Doorways Experience Schedule: 1 pm Doors Open 1.30 pm Class (7 Doors) 3 pm Networking (Matcha & Coffee by Bastille) Entrance fee: $25 (through Maison MindBody) The Self-Led Revolution is here and for our first event at Maison, we’re intentionally bringing together individuals who are interested in growing with and building the Seven Doorways Yoga practice here in Miami. Following our successful invite-only January launch and first public experience in February and a private mini-retreat in March, we’re opening the doors to Maison yoga for those who feel called to go deeper — not only in their personal practice, but in the shared responsibility of cultivating this work in community. The movement offering is a Seven Doorways–style Vinyasa class in the lineage of Jonny Kest — an intelligent, rhythmic, and powerful approach to yoga that calls forth greatness rather than comfort. This is a practice that sharpens leadership, deepens self-trust, and invites practitioners to step fully into their own authority both on and off the mat. This work is not about any one of us, but about the teachers, organizers, and practitioners committed to expanding this modality and upholding its standard. We’re honored to host this experience at Maison Yoga a space that reflects the elevated, intentional energy we stand for. This is also an event of connection. Expect time and space for intentional networking and matcha’s and coffee from Bastille — because the conversations that happen after we move together are just as important as the movement itself.
