Broom Making Class
Let’s get witchy and make brooms!
Learn the traditional craft of hand-binding your own whisk broom — a beautiful and functional tool for hearth and home. In this hands-on class, you’ll work with natural broomcorn and twine, shaping and winding your own whisk broom using traditional techniques.
No prior experience needed — just a love for craft and the satisfaction of making something with your own two hands. Everyone leaves with a finished broom and the knowledge to make more.
Kirsten Kelly will be hosting us in her lovely home. There is a sauna as well as soup and libations included. The sauna will be available from 4-5pm and please bring a towel. The soup will be hot at 5pm and broom making will begin at 5:30pm. Come join us!
