Bring a poem you've been stashing away to read, it could be something you wrote or a poem by a poet that resonates with you. about the musicians Aidan Boardman is a singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and music educator living in Portland, ME. Under the moniker, anguid, he continues to produce eclectic, indie-folk songs alongside friends and musicians throughout New England and beyond. Aidan Boardman/anguid music is an homage to contemporary songwriting greats, his upbringing among artists and folk musicians, and to all the communities that help uplift local music of all kinds. Ryan Sandford is a music maker, curator and producer based out of Mount Pleasant, DC. His songwriting stylistically leans indie soul and attempts to sit in the space where sadness and deep gratitude overlap. Influences include Leif Vollebekk, Lianne La Havas, the Bahamas and Michael Kiwanuka. Co-founder of intimate venues like the Green Room, and producer for DC’s historic houseshow venue Scooby Doo Mansion, Ryan continues to explore artist and community nourishment through his own vocal and cello compositions. His new single “In the Sun” written with Dillon Turner is out this August on all streaming platforms.”
