Midnight Honey is a ticketed event featuring 2 up-and-coming chefs that go head-to-head in a cook off. Working from a surprise bag of mystery ingredients, the chefs whip up a 2 course meal on the fly. It’s meant to be an opportunity for chefs to put their skills to the test, practice for pop ups, and get the creative juices flowing. To use new and old techniques, and to show a room full of guests what cooking really means.

As a guest you will get: 

- 2 appetizers
- 2 main courses
- To vote for your favorite team (the chefs with the most votes gets $450)
