🌚 THE DESCENT 🌚 A Fall Equinox Heka Transmission The Fall Equinox marks a turning point, a threshold between light and darkness and a time of turning inward. As nature begins its descent into darkness, we are invited to follow, releasing what has run its course and making space for what is waiting in the depths. Whether you're moving through a season of change, seeking clarity, or simply longing to come home to yourself, this evening offers a space to slow down, surrender, and listen within. If you feel the call, I invite you to trust that little nudge inside and step into this sacred portal. Together we'll begin with breath, gentle movement and meditation. Then, you will simply lay down with eyes closed for a sound journey that supports the transmission of Heka Living Light - a life force activation sparking divine remembrance of your multidimensional self and reconnection to your life force energy. We will end with a short grounding practice, and an opportunity to journal with a cozy cup of tea and optional sharing circle. There is nothing you need to force, perform or achieve. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to surrender. While each person's experience is unique, participants often report: ▫️Increased sense of calm or nervous system regulation ▫️Greater clarity or mental spaciousness ▫️Emotional/physical release or softening ▫️Improved connection to body and intuition ▫️Enhanced sense of presence ▫️Subtle or significant energetic shifts Whatever unfolds, you'll be held in a safe, grounded, and supportive environment. Main preparation - hydrate well throughout the day and if eating opting for lighter foods at least 1-2 hours before the session. Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat and whatever else you’d like to support you for full relaxation while laying on the floor (limited qty’s of pillows, blankets, mats, and eye covers are available at the venue) Optional - journal and any small item for the community altar. *please note - the music will be relatively “loud” and there are speakers built into the floor so the vibrations of sound will be felt during the activation.
