Join @balasanabyb and @wurasopilates for a grounding Saturday morning of movement and sound. We’ll begin with a full-body Pilates session designed to strengthen, lengthen, and wake up the body. From there, we’ll move into a gentle, intentional cool-down flow to soften the system and release tension. We’ll close with a restorative sound bath to regulate the nervous system and leave you feeling deeply reset heading into your weekend. Come ready to move, sweat, and fully unwind through sound.
