“For everyone who’s mastered the art of being everyone else’s therapist, cheerleader, and problem-solver but somehow forgot they’re also a human being who deserves nice things.”
We created The Sacred Hour because we know you’re out there - juggling seventeen people’s emotional needs while your own nervous system is having a full breakdown in the corner. You’re the friend who always asks “how are you?” but deflects when anyone tries to return the favor. The one who says “I’m fine” while secretly running on fumes, caffeine, and the validation that comes from being indispensable.
Here’s the thing: You’re allowed to take up space. You’re allowed to receive care. You’re allowed to prioritize yourself without writing a dissertation on why you deserve it.
Every Monday at 8:45pm, we’re creating sanctuary for the chronically selfless - where your nervous system gets to exhale, your mind gets to quiet, and for once, YOU get to be the one being taken care of.
No guilt.
No excuses.
No “but what about…” Just you, some movement, deep rest, and the revolutionary act of putting yourself first.
Because the world needs you whole, not burnt out. And that starts with you actually showing up for yourself the way you show up for everyone else.
Welcome to your weekly reminder that self-care isn’t selfish - it’s survival.
