Ten years ago, I almost died.
In 2015, I had a near-death experience that stopped my life as I knew it and cracked me open. When I came back, I knew two things: I had been given a second chance, and it was not by accident.
That experience set me on a path of searching and understanding my purpose. My life was never the same after this.
This series is born from that.
Breathe with Purpose is an in-person Rebirth Breathwork in Austin, combined with guided reflection and simple exercises to help you get honest about what you are here to do and who you are here to become.
Through conscious connected breath, you will move out of your head and into your body, where the real answers live.
This work can open the door to emotional release.
It can bring clarity that thinking alone cannot reach.
It can reconnect you to a deeper sense of knowing.
