This is a working charcuterie lunch for founders and recruiting leads! You'll leave with a one-page screening rubric and a filled-in answer about the shape of your next hire. You'll also leave knowing what the other nine people in the room are stuck on. Lunch is an actual meal, a full charcuterie spread. Come hungry. Courtney Cook — founder of Arra. Eight years in technical recruiting: built the talent org at a venture-backed recruiting platform, hired ML engineers at Meta, and built a computer vision team from scratch. This event is a part of #SFTechWeek—a week of events hosted by VCs and startups to bring together the tech ecosystem. Learn more at www.tech-week.com
