The Strength Club is NYC’s premier strength training facility, designed to empower you through goal-oriented, structured programming that targets specific muscle groups to maximize both your strength and overall health. This class will focus on full body strength training! Spots are limited, so grab a teammate and reserve your spot before space runs out!
