Held somewhere between ritual and nervous system science, these group TVM sessions use somatic practices, therapeutic touch, breath, and collective regulation to help the body release old protective patterns and remember a greater capacity for safety, connection, and aliveness. Immediately during, and after class, you can expect to feel lighter, more connected, and maybe even BLISS. What's more important with TVM is that this is like a workout for your nervous system. Using this method can help your vagus nerve be more toned, leading to a long term ability to find center more easily. Rather you are experiencing chronic anxiety, chronic dissociation, or you just want to feel more balanced, this class is for you! Individual TVM offerings can be hundreds of dollars, and most groups start at $100 and up. This equitable offering is donation based in hopes of bringing this method to those who may not be able to access the healing otherwise.
