We’ll meet on Sunday, June 29 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at For Five Coffee Shop (1800C Diagonal Rd, Alexandria, VA 22314), located right across from the King Street Metro Station. From there, we’ll move clockwise through 4 mini parkour spots in the area.

This event is open to all women of all skill levels and physical abilities — come as you are and move how you can! We’re here to have fun, support each other, and explore movement in community.
