Bring your child(ren) to sing, move, and play in this outdoor 30 min yoga class. This class is most appropriate for ages 2-6 but younger/older siblings are welcome! Parents are welcome to join or stay nearby / watch. Class will be rescheduled if weather conditions change. With over a decade of experience teaching yoga to preschoolers and families, Erin Givarz, MSW, former play therapist, preschool teacher, parent coach, & certified kids yoga instructor will combine yoga poses with engaging songs, breath, & relaxation. Bring a water bottle & blanket/mat for class! We’ll have some extras as well. Suggested donation: $15-25 per child @wavesofchildhood on Venmo
