Bring layers so you can be comfy and cozy as we deepen the evening within your body
Enjoy slow flow movements on the beach. If you have blocks and/or blankets - bring those but it’s not necessary for the flow! This will be an all levels class to deepen and relax your muscles, mind and soul. Enjoy the sounds of the waves and sound bowls at the end of class when we relax completely into savasana.
This is a donation base class, contribute what you can but this is a gift for yourself. To relax your nervous system, open your heart and mind to call in your own joy.
