another second saturday, another LATE NIGHT SNACKS at dusty vinyl bar ✨we're stoked to bring local house hero, hombre plata, for this edition✨ hombre plata [house//minimal] is an LA based DJ/producer who hosts monthly parties at the Lost and Found Bar (check out their next event on April 10!) where the ethos is based on connection, groove, and the true culture of dance music. their focus is on building an underground electronic music dance floor that is free of flashy photo ops and where presence is greater than pretense (a collaboration match made in heaven we'd say 💕). he has several independent releases that fuse the pulse of minimal house with live-feeling keys and hypnotic rhythm, building tension and release through movement, not spectacle. rooted in authenticity and late-night community, hombre plata crafts timeless underground dance music built for real dance floors. affirm records resident DJs, la greve and dj kaits, will be warming up the night and setting the vibe. 📝house rules: -we aim to create a space of care, respect, joy, authenticity and we encourage you to participate in creating this space too! -take care of yourself and take care of each other. -if you see something, say something. -respect boundaries. no harassment. -we create a space for all. no racism, sexism, transphobia, homophobia, ableism. as always: no cover. 21+. free parking nearby, but we also encourage ride share.
