BLISS is a return to intimate nightlife Smaller capacity, carefully curated energy, and nights built around the people in it. Hidden beneath the legendary Mercer Hotel in SoHo, Submercer has long existed as one of downtown New York’s most elusive late-night spaces. The night starts familiar. Early 2000s hip-hop classics and new-age anthems set the tone before the room gradually shifts. As it gets later, the tempo changes and deep house takes over until late.
