Let's be real. NO ONE actually likes running. Everyone at "run club" is just there to catch some ass. Let's cut to the chase and cut the chase, and instead just sit.
We will have some sitting warm ups (squatting, butterfly stretches, etc) and then spend the majority of our time sitting. Potentially a game of musical chairs for the more actively-inclined sitters in our group.
This event is open to sitters of all levels, no prior sitting experience required.
Please BYOC (bring your own chair).
