Join your favorite agh-heads for some free yoga in the park led by Annie Thomas! This community flow is benefitting Hearts for the Invisible Charlotte Coalition. We are collecting cases of bottled drinking water to be distributed to our unhoused neighbors as the summer temps make their way in! All skill levels welcome-BYO yoga mat (and maybe bug spray and water).
