FEEDBACK LOOPS is an immersive poetry night exploring the theme of systems—visible and invisible, natural and constructed, intimate and institutional. A rotating lineup of poets will perform original work, each piece reflecting on the systems that shape our world and ourselves: systems of power, memory, survival, control, adaptation, oppression, or care.

The space itself will respond. Projections will react to movement. A custom audiovisual system—built with real-time edge detection—will spill across the performers’ bodies, tracing and transforming them in real time. Throughout the evening, your host will weave excerpts from Thinking in Systems by Donella Meadows into the flow of performances, offering poetic translations of feedback, leverage, and paradigm.
